So my next project I have is this 42" plasma that has a few posts on here, specifically this one that has the same blinking led issue. However I'm not sure if it was power surge as I was given this by someone. Opening it up it looks like someone tried to mess with the power board as a capacitor was missing. I have a replacement board installed and am getting the blinking with this "new" board.
I tested the 5V coming from the power board to each the YSUS and ZSUS boards and it is only .8.
I did notice that the small control board does not have a blinking green LED as I've normally seen on the plasma's. Is this maybe my first place to start?
