Samsung LN55C610N1FXZC no image screen flashes

Just picked up a Samsung LN55C610N1FXZC.

Sound works, but no image. Backlights work fine.

When turning the tv on, I get no image. I do get a, I want to say pulsing brightness on the entire screen,.

If I disconnect the t-con board, the backlights come on and there is no flashing. As soon as I connect either side of the t-con board the problem comes back. Doesn't matter what input I use, I don't actually get any image.

I'm guessing bad t-con, but anyone have any other ideas?

I cannot tell if the T-CON board is at the top center of the LCD panel or at the bottom center of the LCD panel.
Can we see the whole back side of the TV showing all the boards?

sorry, the t-con is at the bottom center. I had it flipped to take the shield off to get at it.

Ooo, one of those tab bonding on the bottom edge of panel that always get damaged when people spray the cleaner on the screen and it drips down all the way to the tab bonding board and causes corrosion and shorts out.

I took it apart further and looked at the tab bonds. I don't really see any sign of any liquid ever being on them. Turned it on and tapped on them with no difference.
Does this sound like maybe it's as simple as a bad t-con board?

You can take a chance with T-CON if it is cheap enough.

So I got a replacement t-con board. Installed it and powered up.

Got image, but it does seem like a couple bad tab bonds cause of vertical bands in a couple spots. So I left it on for a bit to see what happens.

Now I don't get any image at all. Think the bad tab bonds is taking out the t-con?
