Samsung not getting picture.

I have a:
Samsung
Model # UN32EH4003FXZA
Version: QD06
Power Board: L32GO-DDY
BN44-00664A

I have read another form and gotten some information. This is the form I have read.

Im still trying to determine if I need to replace the power board or if it is the LED lights. Maybe I can get a little input from someone that has better knowledge of TV's.

Readings I have right now.
*Component part CNL802 unconnected:
1: D+ 176v
2: S- 0v
3: NC
4: S+ 0v
5: D- 0v

*4 Pin connected & grounded to chassis
1: D+ 174v
2: S- 163v
4: S+ 163v
5: D- 0v

You have open circuit in the LED string.

What's worrying me is that the other post had 211v supply and mine is only 176v

Turn the TV off, put black lead of the meter on the chassis, red lead on the D+, then turn on the TV watch the meter how high the Voltage goes up to higher than 176VDC.
The LED strings are connected in series, the S+ and S- are tied together, the D- is the Cathode return and it shows 0VDC which mean the LED string has open circuit.

I turned it off. Waited for the leds to discharge. Measured 123.9v when it is off. I would say that's the standby V. Then when I turned it on it just rised up 174v. It never went any higher.

Well if in the other thread indicates over 200VDC is correct then you do have the power supply problem too.

he has 176V also but at least pin 5 has Voltage reading but your shows 0VDC.

Thank you for all of your input and help. I tested the led lights and one strip is bad. So it seems I will need to replace both board and lights.
