Thank you for all of your input and help. I tested the led lights and one strip is bad. So it seems I will need to replace both board and lights.

I turned it off. Waited for the leds to discharge. Measured 123.9v when it is off. I would say that's the standby V. Then when I turned it on it just rised up 174v. It never went any higher.Leave a comment:

I have read another form and gotten some information. This is the form I have read.

Im still trying to determine if I need to replace the power board or if it is the LED lights. Maybe I can get a little input from someone that has better knowledge of TV's.
