PN50B400P3DXZA clicks will not power on

i got this tv off the curb and am trying to get it working. I do not have much experience with plasma. I have verified that it has standby voltage. When tv is plugged in it will click and not show anything on the screen. If i disconnect the x I can get it to turn on and the samsung "boot sound" and nothing more it will stay on until i turn it off...is seems that the power for the xmain board goes through the y main board andi if i disconnect the y main board the tv will boot up...thelogic board does not turn on when i do this although it seems to try one time. Im assuming it is because the xmain board is disconected. VS and VSC voltages come up to normal then fall down as the control board turns off...but set stays on. I have tested VS VE VSC to ground and come back with megaohms so it doesnt seem shorted there. Mostly i have no idea where to go from here and do not have the cash to waste on the shotgun method. Could someone please give me a direction on here to go?

Try replacing the blue cap next to the transformer on the power supply

I cant bitch too much you attempted diagnoses. Maybe try using google and badcaps.net and check for how to find short circuits on plasma sustain boards in your case sounds like Ysus and Xsus could be short.
