So when it goes off, the Video signal from PC is still present? Or you have the PC set to turn off the monitor in 15 minutes?
And it also happens consistently at 10~15 minutes?

OK, so when you say it turns off, you mean it acts as if some one turns off the power switch and not due to the monitor goes into standby mode, right? I do not remember what the power indicator turns AMBER color when it is in standby and Green when power switch is turned on, and LED is completely off when it is turned off.

Master budm. Indication of Light is Blue. it is not Standby. It is a Auto Shut Off

So the indicator light stay on blue then when you lost the image on the screen and also the backligts go out? If that is the case then you either you have bad inverter backlights circuit, or bad lamps (bad connection on the ends of the lamps), or the main board stops sending the BL-ON signal. The power supply is an always on so if you do get any indicator lights then the power supply primary side is working to produce the dcv to run the main board otherwise you will not get any indicator light when it shuts down by itself.

I use test lamps (at least 2) to help narrowing down the problem first.
If you do not have spare test lamps, then you can use this setup:
                      https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...er+testing+cfl

                      Bad lamps, bad lamp wiring.

BTW, can you still se the images on the screen when the screen black out? You can use flash lights (torch) on the screen to see if you can see any images on the screen at all.

R853 does not look right. Is there solder bridging the two ends????
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

I would run a soldering iron over as many of the connections as possible. D813 for example looks as though the pins are poking through the solder and poorly attached however it may well be the photo angle, but I would check that.
