E320i-A0 Vizio no picture no audio

Hello – I have a E320i-A0 Vizio and the picture went out but the audio worked. Audio worked for 2 or 3 hours and then it stopped working.
I had 19 volts output from the power supply. I couldn't find any information on what the voltage should be, I thought it should be 24 volts, so I replaced the power supply but it also had 19 volts output.

I did the flashlight test and I did not see anything on the screen and I have no back lights.

So I'm thinking the main board is bad. Could some one confirm my theory or maybe it is something else causing the problem?

I too want to know what the power supply output should be at, i have the same model and it seems to be 19VDC. Maybe this can confirm that this is the output?

there are two 25V 1000uF capacitors on the secondary. So 19V sounds about right to me. Surly not 24V.

Since you replaced power board. The main is the only one left. Only about $25 on ebay.
