Hello – I have a E320i-A0 Vizio and the picture went out but the audio worked. Audio worked for 2 or 3 hours and then it stopped working.
I had 19 volts output from the power supply. I couldn't find any information on what the voltage should be, I thought it should be 24 volts, so I replaced the power supply but it also had 19 volts output.

I did the flashlight test and I did not see anything on the screen and I have no back lights.

So I'm thinking the main board is bad. Could some one confirm my theory or maybe it is something else causing the problem?...
