Can we see the pictures of the board and the IC?
BTW, the P/N of the PS board is TNPA4467, TNPA4467AB, TNPA4467AL? Which version?

OK, TNPA4467 is the BLANK PCB P/N which can be loaded with different components to create a lot of different version of the PCBA.
TXNP10NDA (as shown on the barcode sticker) is the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) using PCB TNPA4467.
I will have to do some research on that board and the IC.

Can you please do the straight shot picture instead? and higher resolution.
BTW, what is the board not doing? Are you getting and DC from those two rectifiers on the cold side of the transformer driven by MOSFET q7006?
I see some bad solder joints at least in that section of the board.

no,no...
PS section not working....Q7006 apparently ok...

dc320V on drain and when PFC starts 400VDC...IC7003 is SC between pins
IC is only problem for now...find what is it...then I can go further.

Searching the web and looking at the board layout and the SCH, the connections match the IC7003 (BOM P/N C0DBBYG00001, on body 2A08513/5531) = FA5531.
