Black screen and sound on dynamic mode

Hello all, my TV model Toshiba 47VL863. The TV was bought in 2011 and after 6 months I started to have the undermentioned issue. I contacted Toshiba England but they were of no help.

When the TV is turn on, the image is OK, then after 5 seconds the screen goes black for 1 second, then the image is back for 2-3 seconds, the same occurs 4 to five times before completely goes black. I have no sound issue even when it goes black. Even if I powered the TV completely then switch it on the same occurs.
I first open the back panel and saw that the inverter changed colour ( brownish). Since I am in Mauritius, I had to order one from England.
Changed it but without any changed.
One thing I noticed - when not on dynamic mode (that is high brightness) I do not have this issue
Toshiba's technician here in Mauritius were of no help due to their limited technical knowledge. I finally bought another TV but would like to have this one repaired.
Anybody who encounter this issue may help in identifying the fault. Ready to buy any faulty component should it be the complete main board, PSU or any thing else.

If the problem is not occurring when the led brightness is lowered then I would be suspecting an led problem or led driver problem.

Pictures of your boards always a good starting point.
