Hi all! I have a Vizio P50HDM. I can turn the power on and the power will stay on, but there is no picture. I've taken some voltage measurements with power plugged in but TV off, and then with TV turned on. Please help me diagnose!

I know from reading the other threads IPMs are the usual cause. Is that the case here based on these readings? Or do I just have bad panel? or?? Let me know what seems out of the ordinary and your thoughts!
Thanks,
