I have an RCA tv with no standby or anything. Everything seems ok on the hot side of the power supply, so I am leaning towards a possible main board issue. Since RCA does not supply service manuals, how can I force the p/s on so I can rule it out. I don't see any PS_ON anywhere. There is 5, 12 and 24V. Can I put 5V into the p/s to turn it on, since I am not seeing a PSON anywhere.
