I don't know, what if that spark whatever caused damage to the other board? For now I think I'll put the TV to storage, I have the original box there already.
My brother has "spare" Samsung 32" TV which I could get so "solution" would be very quick but of course it's smaller TV and only HD Ready if I remember correctly. So it would be a downgrade but then again I don't watch that often anyways.
What pisses me off is that I paid 379€ for that Philips and it failed in 2 years and approx. 7-8 months.
