Samsung UN46ES6100 has no backlight

This one is kind of a odd one. I have absolutely no backlights. The led connector cnl802 get 260v on pin 1 and 2 R+, 190v on pin 4 and 7 and 0v on pin 9 and 10 which are the L-. CNM803 Pin 1~14 are all correct except I am not sure what should be on pwm_dim. I am getting less than 1v. I am guessing that is why I am not getting backlight. I hate to keep asking the group but I am so overwhelmed with the amount of TV's coming in and the amount of customers who think they should be done in 1 day.

if you have picture with Torchlight. as i assume yes.. then go forward to take it apart as you have direct LED with 2 Strips. so one at least defect

You have open circuit in the LED string, if the power supply has the correct load then the Voltage feeding the LED string will around 190V.
The LED power supply Voltage and current are printed on the board.

Were you successful repairing this TV? I just started to repair one with no backlight and suspect an open LED.
BTW I was just in Bellingham WA for a wedding; beautiful area!

Unfortunately there were several open and shorted led's in one strip. Too many to repair so I am looking for the left side led strip.
