    Philips DVDR3460/75

Hi Guys I am Working on a DVDR there is no standby light.
    Started from the obvious first.
    PSU Fuse = All Good
    Bridge = All Good

    Checked Voltages
    1 12V_STBY = 13
    2 GND_D
    3 5_STBY = 5
    4 3V3_STB = 3

    1 VGN_STBY = 5
    2 5N_STBY = 5
    3 GND_A
    4 IPFAIL = 5?
    5 GND_A
    6 12VA_STBY = 13

    What could this be?

So far I have replaced these caps on the analogue board just on a hunch that these might be bad not sure if I should go ahead and replace the rest in this area.

IPFAIL"-signal from power-supply-unit to kill the audio outputs can be
    killed

Can you explain that in some more detail not understanding what you mean?

        Re: Philips DVDR3460/75

        I found what you meant

        ("D_IKLL"-line) or the "IPFAIL"-signal from power-supply-unit
(in this case it's the combination of "A_KILL" and "IPFAIL").
In addition to that the DAC [7001] and the cinch outputs can be
killed (muted) in case of "digital silence" by the circuit around
[7008], [7009] and [7010], when no audio data are available
        (e.g. "D_DATA0"-line zero).
This function can be also activated via the "ION"-line (set to
high during any stand-by mode). To avoid signal distortions
(clipping) the mute transistors for cinch rear out [7415], [7416]
        are decoupled via [7011].

I just guess its killed all all audio inputs as nothing is hooked up.

Just thought I would redo my voltages

          1 VGN_STBY = -25.73v
          2 5N_STBY = -5.305v
          3 GND_A = -4mv
          4 IPFAIL = 5.180v
          5 GND_A = 7.1mv
          6 12VA_STBY = 13.20v

          Checked Voltages
          1 12V_STBY = 13.19v
          2 GND_D = -0.7mv
          3 5_STBY = 5.182v
          4 3V3_STB = 3.494v
          5 GND_D = -0.6mv

          Thoughts?
