While I am watching TV the sound cuts out. I can reset it and unplug it or just wait and sometimes the sound comes back, but not consistently.
Sometimes when I run the self diagnosis on sound the sound is static-y.
Any ideas appreciated. I ran through the samsung technical help hotline and they had me do the usual reset/turn off and on etc with no change in result. Although everything they did was what I did already.
I suspect there is a part that needs to be replaced. Sometimes, when the sound cuts out the tuner becomes really slow... I suspect it was the recent firmware upgrade to 1152 when this issue started but obviously no way to prove it.
