Samsung QE55Q67RAT no sound and bad picture when streaming

Hi,

I got Samsung 55 inch QLED QE55Q67RAT where there is no sound at all and when using youtube for example picture is not clear and noisy.
I have swapped Burr-brown 88002A chip on the mainboard but didn't help, different set of speakers didn't help either

Mainboard is based on pcb BN41-02695A BN94-14007B

I will appreciate any help

normally today Samsung m.boards have one only processor, it is responsible for mpeg decoding, so the possible answers are bad processor soldering or bad ram soldering, my opinion.
