You disconnect the cable between the toon and the main board.
You should also upload the pictures of the whole backside of the TV so we can see all the board.

Your LCD panel has integrated T-CON board, so just remove that white big wide flat cable from the main board, that is a LVDS cable.

Ok I pulled that flat white cord and plugged it in and the red standby light came on. I pressed the power the light turned green and I heard the startup sound. The backlight was on but no picture. I unplugged and put that white ribbon cable back in and it booted up.

Well Budm, I don't know why and I'm sure Rodville doesn't care but re-seating the Tcon booted up the set?
One less set for the landfill.
