Top and bottom side of the main board so we can look at the small power supply on that main board? We need to get that 5V from the main board power supply.

Budm sorry for all time that you waist with my problem, i think that a thanks isn't enough.
See if this picture is better, or is better two different photos of the same board?

Wondering if this gets measured in DC voltage and if its plugged in (just to be sure to confirm that there is not even a 160 dcv standby)

yes thats correct i was just confirming. I will have a read of the whole of this thread and download the manual ive just read the relay isnt being energised so you wont get the voltage on those capacitors anyway so we need to see why the relay isnt being turned on.

I tested the the V in the first part of the main board, anD i have 220V in the connector. The fuse of the main board is good and the same for the resistor of 1 ohm

Thanks for your help, i just put black all the parts that i removed for testing. All solder are good ( i'm not able to test and found the problem, but i'm able to solder ).

The multi meter are good, i use two different, and One have two weeks

"The strange is that the speakers are connected to the main board... if there isn't V, why they work?" That why are you 100% SURE that there are NO Voltages on the connectors of the main board, power supply board? There must be measurement errors.

It is time for you to upload pictures of the whole back side of the TV so we can see all the boards and how they are connected together.
What is the history of this TV? Was it hit by power surge? drops? someone worked on it before you? etc.
the tv is mine, no power surge, no drops... some week ago decide to die, without motivations. no atoner people work on it before.
as soon as i will post the photo of the back side tv.

i say alone. the main board take directly the 220V AC from the black connector of the power supply, for this reason the speaker works

    no,with all boards connected i haven't voltage, no 5v and no 25V

We are not getting any where here.
Recheck the MOSFETs and show the resistance reading between S and D.
