    Toshiba 50L1350UC No Backlight

Hi, I got this Toshiba TV without backlight.

Flashlight test : Yes I can see the image
Voltage test on L1+ : turn on tv, backlight flash for 1/2 second, voltage goes to 90v then 76v
Tried to disconnect PWN : No more backlight flash, voltage won't go higher then 76v on L1+

What you guys think? bad led or something else?

I know this is a common issue, that's why I asked without pictures. All the voltage seems fine.

I saw somewhere a way to fix that if we bridge some terminal, but I can't remember

Request BIOS files to flash Toshiba C55-A-1TX laptop
            by YvD-Electronics
            Hi all,

I need the BIOS (bin files) to re-flash the BIOS chips on a toshiba laptop.

Why I am pretty sure I need this to repair?

            1) Power supplies seem OK.

            2) Battery has been replaced, is charging well ... also not the CMOS battery CR2032, also not OK without RAM, or 1 or the 2 RAM modules (RAMS are OK).

            3) Laptop does really rare (seems random things) with the 3 leds (power, net, ...)

            4) In the past, when trying to restart 100 times via power button, it was sometimes succeeding, now no more.

Toshiba 50L420U/49L310U Flash Toshoba logo then no backlight
            by Sevenqi
Toshiba 50L420U/49L310U TV, press power button, it shows Toshiba Logo then backlight off.

Tested the backlight stripes with backlight tester, all 3 sections seem to be good.

The problem is the power supply PK101W1100I , 2 backlight feedback resistors open in my case, the value mark 101, they are both 100 Ohm.
I replaced the 2 resistors with same value fixed the problem....

TCL 43S435 NO BACKLIGHT ISSUE, LEDS TEST OK
            by thetonywarren
I have a TCL 43S435 with no backlights. I contacted ShopJimmy and they said power supply. I got replacement power supply, but still doesnt work. I have confirmed that there is an image with flashlight test. I have also verified that the led strips work when I probe them with LED tester. Any ideas would be helpful. I am also geting a double blink on the status led when trying to turn it on......Nothing on the power supply looks suspect, and caps look ok. Where should I start to test......Thanks!...

            by ekozeko333
            Hi all,
I’m trying to recover a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7-14ARE05 with board DA0LS3MBAF0 Rev:F. I’ve run into an unusual issue where USB-C PD is stuck at 4.7–5V and the system won’t boot (keyboard lights flash briefly, then nothing).
🔥 The Problem Started After Suspected ESD/PD Fault
I experienced a power issue or ESD event through a USB-C charger
After that, the NX20P5090 power switch was visibly burned and was replaced
Now the PD controller always negotiates 5V @ 2A, even with known-good chargers
