Panasonic Plasma 13 blinks no image. HELP!

Hello Folks!
I have a Panasonic Viera plasma TX-P42X20E. Mar2010 Serial No. TJ0214005
I put the TV ON and works. If I put it off again and turn ON the TV led lights green but no longer see the picture again . I cant either turn off or operate with remote control . If I leave it turned on standby mode and will show 13 red blinks . It will not return to work until unplugged and let cool 24 hours.
I have found that , when operating , the SN -Board green led lights . But when it fails, the green led does not light.
Can someone help me with the diagnosis ?

A-Board: TXNA1LWUE (TNPH0829)
P-Board: LSEP1287
SN-Board: TXNSN11BEK (TNPA5066)
SS-Board: TXNSS11BEK (TNPA5072)

Also checked for S/C across the Vs input connector ?

This will be A board issue. The A boards in the cheaper HD and low end FHD S/U series which often use the same PCB but different layout of parts seem to have issues with heat and the solders under the BGA chips I suspect.

I do have a thread on a th-p42x20a and that was a basket case where after sorting the sn, ss boards ended up with a 1 blinker dead A board( corrupted eeprom).

I then proceeded to locate a 50" HD board from New Zealand then swapped over all the eeproms and flash to recreate my TV board.

In the process of all that which was hand soldered and rather difficult for me I made some errors and created 9 and 13 blinks.

I have a 50U20 which had similar issue to yours turning blank, or 13 blink. Got another used board , that also after running and getting hot got lines through it, again bad A board, 3rd time luck. This TV only has 2500hrs on it.

For the A board, it's TNPH0829ME or TXN/A1LWUE to search for.Don't go by just TNPH0829 or because there'll be several versions for different sized TVs

Also used in TX-P42X20B, could be others but if you're quick here's one

Oh, well I guess Jimmy don't want your money then. try sending them an email then with the link if you wish to deal with them but these boards are very hard to find now.

I have heard of people complaining SJ has blocked whole regions/countries for some reason, scammers ? too much traffic? i don't know you would have to ask them.

This is my Sn-board
When the tv fault the green led on the sn-board no light.
And I remember you... When i put On my tv for the firts time, she's run ok. I close and push again On... NO WORKS.
P-board or A-board? Or any component?
