    green led blinks no image Razer Blade 15” Advanced (2021) | RZ09-0409x

    Hi !

    I got laptop that won't show image on screen, but looks it working.
    Have all powers.Bootable usb flash memory is blinking and looks booting. Capslock is responding.Fans is spinnig.
    But no image on screen and green led is always blinking.
    Seems to me this is "Modern Stanby" mode advertised on Razors website and laptop is stuck in this mode.
    I did remove battery and CMOS. no luck.
    I reflash bios from Razors page but still no changes, still blinking and no image.

    Is there any else I could check, any ideas?

      I'm still working on my Razer blade 15 as I should have just left it alone 😡. The original fault was powers on , keyboard rgb on, but no display on lcd or hdmi. I found corrosion on memory module had leaked onto socket. I removed the bad memory and left the other good memory in other socket. Cleaned/removed corrosion from socket. Everything worked great minus bad memory socket.

      So I tried to find out what was wrong with the other socket. I replaced a dual mosfet by memory socket, a 330uf cap, and buck chip on back. I hooked everything and heard loud pop and smelled smoke. Now I'm in deep hole trying figure it out.

              Hello, I bought a Razer blade 15 advanced with I7-9750h and RTX 2080 without Display. Seller said it works with external display. It arrived and I connected it to my Samsung TV. It gave me an external Pic with windows 11 start screen. But I had no Windows account so I removed the SSD and installed it in my other laptop to install windows 10. put it back in the Razer but from this time I never got an external pic. Can anybody help me to get back an external pic?
              BTW: I‘m sure the LCD-cable is bricked and not the LCD itself.

              hi,

              when I power ON this laptop it give me this red warning message:

              "the detected discrete gpu VBIOS is not meant for this system, press Enter to continue"

              Machine start and works properly. I was also able to update machine BIOS to last version 1.06.

              I attach here a copy of the orginal VBIOS stored on GPU flash memory chip.

              I'm dealing with a perplexing issue on a client's laptop and would appreciate your insights. The user experienced a sudden screen blackout during regular use (not gaming), although the laptop continued to operate normally otherwise, with music playing and indicator lights active.               hi,
              this laptop works but temperature rise too much. I dismounted mb and cleaned well. There was a lot of dust inside.
              I think that there is a graphic chipset issue because when I power the machine I get this error:
              "the detected discrete gpu VBIOS is not meant for this system"
              This make me think that maybe the gpu VBIOS has to be re programmed.
              BTW someone already worked on this mainboard. Near graphic board there is Winbond flash memory that I think its stored the VBIOS.
