lg 47LM4600 screen problems

So I pick up this TV the screen the image flickers. After playing it I noticed that the 12v drops the same time the image flicker. I'm wondering would a bad filter cap sent dirt power causing the issue with the panel?

Well found the problem the guy lied about the grounding issue and power going out. Found the ribbion the panel with a hole from the spilling something on it. I guess sell the boards out now since they work fine.

I might be interested in the led light strips inside if you want to dig in that deep and strip it?

Common problem with tab bonding board on the bottom side of the screen, when people clean the screen or spill something on the screen it will corrode the boards and connection.

Yeah it sucks now the panel is junk just part it out since the picture did work just flicker every time it would spark at the hole in the ribbon and recycle the screen plastics of it.
But I did get 3d glass in the box and remote etc with it.

jjanssen7 I well be taking apart to that level but shipping to Canada would be pricey.

I have a mailbox in Sumas, WA, so the border is not a problem.
