I put this in the wrong forum by mistake. This is where it belongs. I don't mean to double post.
My Samsung Un46eh5300 just lost picture and then sound. The picture went first, blank screen ( if I put a flashlight to it I can see picture) then about 10 minutes later the sound went. If I use the clicker to turn the sound up I can hear the sound that tells me the sound is being turned up. Also, when I get into the smart screen with all the different channels,netflix etc I can also hear the channels being changed.
In the hopes of a easy fix, I got a main board ( no joy) and then a power board ( no joy) from ebay. I installed them separately and then together, same problem as before.
Can anyone give me any ideas of what to try next or does anyone know what it could be? Thanks.
