    This TV has horizontal thin black lines..Is this a classic example of a bad panel?

          Bummer, but I kinda figured it was a bad panel. Just wanted to confirm with the more experienced folks here.

          The TV was free so I had nothing to loose and may even gain a bit by parting it out.
