    LG Plasma Zsus board problems

I recently dug a non-working LG 42" plasma tv out of the trash. The PDP looks to be ok but there was no picture. I traced the problem to a shorted IPM and blown fuse on the Zsus board which appears to be a very common problem. I purchased a new IPM and fuse and replaced them and am about to test it out, but was reading that the 15v supply on the Z and Y sus boards can drop over time due to cap failure and in time will cause the IPM to overheat and fail. Since the IPM is fairly expensive I would rather not have it fail again in short order so want to make sure I fix things properly. There are three small identical power supply daughter boards that I believe supplies the 15v for the IPM's. On each there are 4 electrolytic caps. Three of them are 10uf 400v SamYoung caps and they all test between 2 and 2.5 ohms except for one that tests 6 ohms ESR. The fourth cap on these boards is a 100uf 35v. These all test around 1.5 to 2.5 ohms. None of the caps appear bulged or damaged. Does anyone have experience repairing Z and Y sus plasma driver boards and would you recommend changing these caps? I should mention that these daughter boards are in a position that will make unsoldering these caps very difficult so would rather not do it unless absolutely necessary. See attached photo.
