Disconnected one side of the diode and still reading the same I will go ahead and change it and let you know the results I will upload a pic now for you of the legend it wouldn't let me do it before

Anyway I think you're wasting your time randomly checking parts.
Upload a picture of your legend table and check some voltages.

Thats the way ive always done things Hammie and I have fixed 285 Led, Lcd and Plasmas over the last 2 years. I have helped others fix this Psu where that diode has blown causing similar symptoms so its worth checking isnt it now ? Tell me if im taking this the wrong way but Im just advising him mate.

The comment wasn't aimed at your reecy.
The op advised he had checked the diode you pointed out and it tested fine.
It then seemed he was randomly checking components.

Thank you all very much for your help I have changed the diode and it's all working again only problem is the picture isn't as clear as it should be I'm just assuming I have knocked a ribbon cable somewhere so I will investigate that tomorrow. Again thanks to everyone who helped
