Those voltage readings show that the AC-DET is working properly.
There must be something else wrong, Does the voltage on pin 1 disappear after 7 seconds also?

I also measured the pf Voltage of PC7703 with these reults which immediately drops to zero like after 7 secs or so
    PIN 3= 4.74v
    PIN 4= 4.90V

    mr rievax 60,
this is the volts i get after i replace R7019 with a 33K cabon film resistor.

    PIN 1 - 12.9V UR13.2V (SIGNAL)
    PIN 2 - 12,9V UR13.2V (SIGNAL)
    PIN 3 - 12,9V S13.2V (AUDIO)
    PIN 4 - 12,9V S13.2V (AUDIO)
    PIN 5 - 12.9V SGND (AUDIO)
    PIN 6 - 0V SGND (AUDIO)
    PIN 7 - 0V SGND (SIGNAL)
    PIN 8 - 0V SGND (SIGNAL)
    PIN 9 - 3.10V AC-DET:
    PIN 10 - 3.03V PS-ON
    PIN 11 - 4,9V BU5V
    PIN 12 - 3.25v PNL-POW

Measure some pin voltages on the PD connector as the TV is being turned on.
Look at post 21 as an example.
I mainly want to know what happens at pins 1 and 9.

I replaced r7019 with 33k carbon film resistor and it didn't work basically same 2-2 LED blink light. I Mayb I should wait and order smd 33k resistor from aliexpress

I couldn't get 68k or 33k SMD resistor to buy from my local electronics shop so I bought 68k and 33k carbon film resistor so I hope it will work. The two pins of carbon film resistor is it interchangeable or reversal so that I can solder on top of r7019 on any of the two pin?

Yes, solder a 68K on top of R7019 or replace R7019 with a 33K or something a bit lower. The value is not critical. This mod increases LED current to compensate for the loss of the opto's CTR due to aging.
    I don't recommend jumpering pins 9 and 11.

I have same model with same flash beep 2-2 error problem.after going through all the comments on this thread can someone please confirm if all i have to do to solve this problem is to just solder 68K resistor on top of R7019??should i forgone plugging resistor next to pin 11 and other end of resistor to pin 9???

Normal condition AC-DET = H (HIGH) = >2.5V, typical for this board is around 3~3.5VDC range, L (LO) = <1V for fault condition.
AC-DET signal tells the main board if the incoming AC is within the operating range of the power supply or not.

I fix the tv , teste first time with pin 9 , plugged in pin 11, and replace R7019 with 34k resistor , and finish , tv works great

    Re: Sharp aquos LC-40LE810E

The previous posts don't say exactly that. The safest and most direct action is to add a 68K on top of R7019. It is next to Q7802. Look at post 79.

hy , i have the same problem
and I took out pin 9 - AC-DET an just plugged it next to pin 11 - 5v , the tv power on now,

so the next step will be to change 68k smd resistor and also 33k and 4 opto-couplers ?

Sharp Aquos LC-70C6400U Half Screen Dark
    by scubacamper
I found another post on this site the other day which has been very helpful in troubleshooting this issue I am having with my tv. The left half of the screen is dark, and the other half is VERY slow to generate it's image - and it only generates part of its image at that.
Based on this yt video, I have narrowed it down to an issue (short?) on the left side of the display, somewhere in the system of ribbon cables.
when I remove the bezel and the rear cover, I can get the image to display correctly by manipulating the ribbon cables on the left side which connects the left lower display...

Sharp Aquos Lc-80LE757U flashing Sharp on screen when plugged in
    by sefoster
I have a Sharp Aquos LC-80LE757U that randomly made a loud popping noise when when watching TV one day. We found that the fuse blew and the thermistor. We ended up replacing the entire power supply board and have also replaced the TCON board. Now as soon as I plug the TV in it lights up and has the Sharp logo flashing on and off of the screen. If I unplug the ribbon cable from the TCON board to the main board I get the 2 long 5 short error code. Any ideas on where to go from here? We've tried resetting it but nothing has worked. If we plug it in and let it cycle through the flashing of the Sharp...

Sharp Aquos LC-32LE600E, No 12v as no PNL_POW
    by foxyUK
Can anyone help me diagnose this? Almost not worth bothering with, but it has 'sentimental value' for the owner. I'm no TV technician, but dabble a bit.
The TV has standby power but no reaction at all to switching on or reboot steps, No flashing lights or response to menu button. All voltages on the power board are correct apart from missing voltage on pin 12 of CN7003.
There is 13 v on U7053 but no 3v signal to switch it on. I don't really understand whether the 3v should come from U7401 in the standby control area, or (as suggested elsewhere) from the mainboard via pin 12....

Is this white-washed screen caused by a faulty T-Con board or panel? Sharp Aquos c70le735x
    by thesharpfella
Hello esteemed gentlemen. I have owned this LCD TV since 2012. The only repair was the replacement of the PSU a few years ago. Apart from that, no issues. Recently, all was working fine until I switched on to see it appear as so. The day before it was working fine. There is sound. Could this be a T-Con board issue? If not, what could it be? Thank you.

SHARP AQUOS LC-70LE836S only blinking - freebie
    by olegeisler
Got this SHARP AQUOS LC-70LE836S for free - did some basic troubleshooting, and found manual - without detail schematics though. Comes from a meeting room with extremely few working hours.

    Symptoms :

When connected to mains, the logo blinks continously, approx 6 times per 10 seconds.

A press on MENU as per the manual changes this to one short blink, one long and then repeats.

Only 5V ( Standby ) on PSU module present, no AC_DETECT, no 12V, no 13V, no PS_ON from mainboard.

As I see it mainboard has some kind of life, but does not...
