Stuck on HDMI input, OSD always on screen, Front Panel and Remote Control not working

Hello eveyone. Need help from this community of experts. My problem:

    LED TV LG 42LS4600
    - Front panel buttons not working.
    - Remote control not working.
    - The only way to turn on/off the TV is to plug/unplug it.
    - Stuck on HDMI input.
    - HDMI OSD constantly shows the HDMI input on top of the screen.

Video and audio = no problem.

Bought a replacement Mainboard, exact same model, and now everything looks upside down (video and osd), and volume OSD goes to 100% and stays stuck on screen. if I disconnect the front panel cable, the volume OSD disappears.

If I install the original Mainboard, then original symptoms return.

Is this a T-con problem? Power supply board? EEPROM corrupted maybe, but why two times?? I'm not sure which replacemet I need to buy to get it working. I´m not a technician. Please help

"if I disconnect the front panel cable, the volume OSD disappears. If I install the original Mainboard, then original symptoms return." Do you mean with original main board installed and the front panel cable disconnected HDMI OSD constantly shows the HDMI input on top of the screen? it sounds to me like you have stuck button.
We need to see the pictures of the whole backside of the board and all the board, especially the IR receiver board and the user button board.

        Yes.

Mainboard #1 : Image right, not upside down. Remote control and front panel not working. OSD constantly shows the HDMI input on top of the screen. If I unplug tv, disconnect front panel cable, plug again tv, everything remains the same.

Mainboard #2: Image and OSD upside down. Remote control and front panel not working. OSD shows AV mode, then the Volume indicator goes up to 100%, then it doesn't go away. If I unplug tv, disconnect the front panel cable, plug tv, the volume OSD disappears, but image still upside down. Remote control and front panel still not working.

I must say that all began when I made a mistake connecting a micro-usb to hdmi phone-TV adapter. The usb cable that goes to external power, I plugged in to my TV usb port, that was my mistake . TV immediately went black, and blinked rapidly for a few seconds. I got scared and unplugged the tv from the wall.

Will changing the T-Con Board, Front Panel or Power Board fix the problem? I will try to upload pics. Thanks.

If I unplug tv, disconnect front panel cable, turn on again tv, then OSD constantly shows the HDMI input, no change." But if you hook the Video source to the HDMI, do you get normal pictures?

"Mainboard #2: Image and OSD upside down." This sounds like the main board is not compatible with your TV model. Where did you get the second board from?

The symptom has nothing to do with the T-CON board.

Yes. The replacement board is from a cracked panel tv, same model, same stickers, exact match.

I´ve checked again. Replacement Mainboard: same model, but different revision. I guess that explains the upside down image.

I'm trying to take pictures of the IR sensor / Touchpad board (510). I have removed screws (from 310), speakers (120), but I don't know how to remove #310 part, I don't want to break anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Touchpad problem solved. It was a bent pin

Original Mainboard: Nothing changed. Front panel still not working. Stuck on HDMI. OSD always on screen.

Replacement Mainboard: Everything ok, only issue is image upside down.

I have this receiver for at least 10 years. Usually, we just use the remote for turning on/off and adjusting the volume. Recently, the remote control started not able to turn the receiver on. Later, the volume also could not be adjusted by the remote control.

At first, I thought that it was the usual problem which can be fixed by cleaning the contacts on the switches and the pcb. I opened the remote and clean it with alcohol. The remote did work again after that. But after one day, it did not work again. I opened it again and clean with alcohol and contact cleaner. Again it worked...

Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

                        Hi everyone.
Lenovo Thinkpad E14 Gen 3, stuck on the "To interrupt normal startup, press Enter" screen.
Found a lot of people with this issue, but with no definitive answer. Some people managed to get away accessing BIOS, going to Startup and turning off "Option Key Display". For me that only removed the interrupt normal start up message, leaving only the Lenovo logo.
Most people say hitting Enter does not work. It's true, if you wait a few seconds. But if you hit Enter right away you get the options to enter BIOS (which works), run diagnostics (goes to a...
