So I was watching tv and it just shutoff. I have tried forcing boot to no avail. When taking readings from pnl 12v with multimeter it is 7.95 volts, not 12. I also found this http://www.tvtechparts.com/DPS162-KI...rd_p_5140.html I tested leg 2 and it is also around 8 dcv. Ive never fixed a tv and was wondering if Im on the right track. Ive tried disconnecting tcon ribbons also, still same error. Should I just buy a new power board?
