Hi
I have yamaha rx-a1040 with internal error message, when i plug ac cord.
In the service menu show No Model Info! The service manual say, if the ic78 eeprom changed or corrupt, need rewrite model name
Eeprom is renesas R1EX25512ATA00A 512kbit spi eeprom
I readed eeprom maybe possible to repair....
I need good dump, or procedure for program model name (i did it with htr2071 by shorting testpoint and set model name), but i can not find info for this avr

Hi!
I need help to disable headphone mode on this unit!
Someone played buttons on front panel and now no sound on speakers. When i push the Surround button, only HEADPHONE MODE appear
Amplifier does not have headphone connector in front, only 3-pin on main board and factory grounded the hpsw line
i tried all combination on front panel, but no success....
In sevice manual no info about full reset, only reset speakers settings to default.
Anyone have info?

HP Omen 15-dc0001nh Thunderbolt firmware
Hi!
I changed thunderbolt controller (JHL6340) on HP Omen 15-dc0001nh laptop.. The controller is new one, and i think i must load firmware to make it working.
Now no thunderbolt controller in device manager.
Anyone have idea?
Intel not load any firmware into the chip? On HP support only drivers available -

I'm looking for schematic diagram for Onkyo grand integra A-G10 (A-8890)
speaker relays not activated, maybe protection circuit blocking.
If i power on for a minute, and power off and on again, speaker relays activated and unit working.

I flashed your bios, but not working
When i power on, fan spin for few seconds, and no display (only dark flashing without backlight)
With D key +power on lcd show color screens

I have Inspiron 3584 with 2 orange and 7 white blink
No boot, no display, no fan spin only blinking
As i read this code is LCD problem. I tried D key and power button, and LCD show color images.
I tried Inspiron 3581 bios dump, fan spin, no blink codes, but no display
Original bios dump attached

Maybe my dump corrupt?

Finally i sorted blink 5/3.....
All components and voltages checked, bios image was good.
I removed PCH (SR40B) and approx 30 ball not connected to mainboard. The PCH come from china as new, but this is not thrue. It was used and reballed.
I'm cleaned PCH and mainboard, reballed PCH, checked all ball with microscope. Soldered it to mainboard, and HP power up, working perfect! All component tested, all OK

Possible a hardware fault, i think too
I just want to test, bios failure generate 5/3 blink or hardware problem

i checked whole board with microscope, no damaged component, no corrosion, no bad soldering
interesting for clean me bios, but i can't do it, all my utility old, or not good.
