Visio m3d650sv no picture or sound

I have a visio m3d650sv that is 2 years old. About 2 months ago the HDMI outputs went out, so I swapped over to RCA's and had all functions. So the other night the TV was shut off like normal, and the next morning would not power on. I noticed that the Visio logo would initially come on white, and then turn amber, then go off.Now they do not come on at all. I searched online, and found that the main power supply board was generally the culprit for the symptoms, as we have recently had some thunderstorms where we have lost power, or lights flickered. So, I purchased and replaced the main power board.
The symptoms are unchanged. What would your suggestion be for my next step. I really do not know alot about troubleshooting this type of electronics, but can change out the entire boards with no problems.

Failed epprom common fault on these crappy Vizo's. What is the model of the mainboard used in the tv ?

Also you have two options:
1. Replace the epprom only do so if you feel comfortable soldering.
2. Find a replacement mainboard.

Main board will be my suspected bad part. I do not see EEPROM for this main board at shopjimmy.

You can try disconnecting the WIFI module and the T-CON board to see what will happen.

I replaced the main board with part #0500-0507-0920 also had number dps-353ap on it. The numbers between the old and new boards matched. But when replaced the symptoms did not change.
