    BL-on 2.90

cn1 When I turn on gets 485vdc when w logo shows and dissappears voltage starts dropping

cn2 265vdc logo shows then voltage starts dropping.

You have all the correct Voltages and the command signals. The reading on the cn1, cn2 are those the connectors that go to the LEDs in the panel? If that is the case, it looks like you have open circuit in one or more of the LED strings for the backlights. It is very very common failure in the TVs that use LED backlights, they made them to fail. You should verify those readings though because 485VDC is way too high.

I did verify with a second meter. Now on the large board there are 4 screws 2 with a tear drop shaped washer under the screw. Black probe connected to that for ground, red probe to cn1 is how I'm getting 485 vdc and my other measurements.
I can try with the simpson analog meter to verify it also and will update, let me know if I need to choose another location for ground.

        Thanks for your help,
        Jason

So are they generally easy to repair the open circuits?
What about the 485v What would cause it to be so high?

          ?Thanks,

Are you sure it is 485V? Look at all those caps (3 of them) laying on their sides close to the LED connectors, are the rated at more than 500VDC. You should also check the Voltages between the two legs of those caps.
