Ok i jumpered the board. Tv shows image from attachment, with left u-ribbon cable unplugged. When it is plugged in tv just reboots.

Ok I see the ones in the SOIC package but not sure the pinout to test them. the single chip shows no reading either way.
Does anyone have a schematic for this tv ?
I can order some more TVS diodes if i had a part number.
With the lvds cables reinstalled, and removing either u shaped jumper still results in a blue screen.

I have a samsung QN82Q70RA powers on then powers off. Using some info on the interwebs. I disconnected main board from power supply and backlight shows blue and stays on indicating power supply is good. So next I unplugged one on the lvds cables that connects to screen( I think other side goes to tcon board?) i can get a blue screen and if I press the picture button on the remote i get rain sounds and birds chirping. A lot of videos suggest using kaptan tape to cover the clock signals, but I've been unsucessful there.
So I thought I'd just quit messing around and come to the best site...
