Hi all. I picked up this same unit from a local Goodwill for $16 knowing it wasn't working, but the exterior was mint so figured it would be a cheap project. I purchased a power board amd main board from SJ for $28 delivered just in case. I can get sound and there is an image, but the back light isn't working. Replacing both power and main boards had no effect. I'm wondering if I received a faulty main board or if the boards that run across the base (pictured above) are bad. Not sure if they are inverter boards, tconn or what, but there are two of them connected to the lcd display with ribbon cables (not removable) and then connected to the main board by a single ribbon cable. I do have LED power light which comes on and goes off normally.

I have the same exact TV but I'm getting 41 volts at pin 1 and 2 on the power supply 8 pin connector and no voltage the black and white 2 wire connector above it,,

You should verify that the meter is in good working condition with good batteries, also check to make sure you have meter set to DCV, if you truly have 41V at those two pins then you would have seen nice bog smoke coming from your TV too.
You need to take photos of your TV and of the boards you own, and upload them here.
A photo of the same board from somewhere else doesn't help us. Sure, it shows us what the board looks like in general, but it doesn't show us the condition and such of the ones you are working with, which is what we need to know.
