I have a TV with 42PFL7432D/37
I replaced BOTH inverter boards Master and Slave.
I replaced the power supply.

Issue is when it power on and backlight does turn on and 1 sec then off!.

Any idea?

It may have bad lamps, bad lamp's connection, the BL-ON drops out, the PWM_DIM drops out, the 24VDC power supply drops out, etc.
You need to check the all those Voltages to see what disappears when the backlights drop out.
