Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54. displays on the external monitor and works fine, the issue is NO display on the internal screen

Good day!
I have a customer's laptop — Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54 (EH5VF - LA-H501P). It has a display on the external monitor and it's working fine, but the issue is NO display on the internal screen. I already replaced the eDP cable and checked the LCD connector pins.

Here are the voltage readings:

• Input – 19V (stable)
• +LCDVDD – 3.3V briefly, then drops to 0V
• EDP_HPD – 3.3V briefly, then drops to 0V
• PCH_BKL_PWM – 2.2–5V briefly, then drops to 0V
• EC BKOFF# – 1.8V briefly, then drops to 0V
• PANEL_OD_EN – 0.3V

Is it possible that the EC chip is corrupted or damaged?
I don’t have a tool to program the EC chip, so I’ve hit a wall.

Expecting this logic level to change when the LID is OPEN vs. CLOSED.

Thank you for your reply! I have measured the PIN 1 and 2 and read 3.3V on both when the LID is Closed and Open.

I forgot to include the magnet, thats when the voltage change when the LID is closed, it drops to 0.8 to 0.2 to 0v randomly.
