Cello C32109F V2 - MEGMEET MP329FL - No Backlight

Working through my pile of sets after putting things on hold for life.

I have a Cello C32109F V2 that uses a MEGMEET MIP329FL / MIP320FL PSU board (see attached photos)

I don't get any backlight at all - all other functions work ie dvd, tv etc as you can see it working with out the backlight.

Any pointers please - have DMM and Cap tester (no scope yet)
