    Samsung ln52a650 power cycle

I have a Samsung tv that powers up just fine. It only goes through the power cycle when something is playing like my xbox, the cable, etc. I've been dealing with this issue for awhile and need some help. Also, before it powers off, it has a buzzing noise coming out of the speakers.

have you checked the PSU output voltages before and after plugging a component in? Does it work fine if nothing is ever hooked to it?

The second picture is the plug running to the left side of the panel. It supposed to have a output of 12v but it read 10v.

The third picture is the upper wire plug that runs to the main board. It supposed to have a output of 5v but read 4v.

The fourth picture with the caps is the lower wire plug that runs to the main board. Its supposed to have a output of 13v. It has 12v.

This is with something running and with the tv just on with nothing running.
If i was to watch a movie or cable, after 15 to 20 minutes the controls will lock up and a buzz will come from the speakers. Then the tv will turn off. It will continue this until i stop playing a movie or take the cable cord out of the TV.

Budmn, i've read those threads and a couple may help, but my problem is different from the first thread you posted. His didn't stay on , but mine will until you have something playing or in motion. I have a chromecast that has pictures until you stream something. When it's at the picture screen, it can stay on. It will only shut off when i cast something and it is running for a certain period of time. I think i can eliminate the psu but i'm not sure.

"but mine will until you have something playing or in motion" Well, that is a very strange problems indeed.
"If i was to watch a movie or cable, after 15 to 20 minutes the controls will lock up and a buzz will come from the speakers. Then the tv will turn off. It will continue this until i stop playing a movie or take the cable cord out of the TV." To me, this is problem on the main board.

Hello, I have an asus Z97-A motherboard and it doesn't start which was working properly before, the problem isn't related by ram, ram slots or psu (I changed all and nothing work), the exact problem is when you switch it on , it starts and after 1 seconds (no boot or display picture) it's off and then on cycle continuously until you power it off from psu also it's responding to the power switch for turning it off if you keep pressing it 3 or 4 seconds (power button pin has 3.3v) , also when you start it with eatx 12v socket connected this is happening (power cycle also all voltages are resetting...

                      Samsung UE75MU7009TXZG Endless Power Cycle

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for any help I might get here

My Samsung TV is about 4 years old. The exact model number is UE75MU7009TXZG.
About half a year ago I started seeing occasional green frames pop up while watching movies. I mean literally green frames. Not the image turning green, but the entire screen turning green for a split second. This happened maybe once or twice during a 2 hour movie. So no big deal, but clearly something was not quite right.

Since a few days, the TV won't turn...

                      by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

                      Assuming...

Microsoft Surface Pro (5th gen) model 1796 - no power
                      by PantherDave
                      Hi all!

I'm trying to troubleshoot a Microsoft Surface Pro (5th gen) model 1796 that won't power on. Motherboard model is M1007506-015. My priority is retrieving data, but the SSD is integrated so it looks like if I can't repair it it'll need to go to a data recovery company. I've done a little basic board repair before, but nothing this advanced until now. So please forgive my ignorance in advance. 😅

I found the boardview for this laptop in the forums here, and am able to open it on my PC with FlexBV.

Samsung UN60EH6000F Black Screen, Backlight and Sound Good. Power Cycle Returns Picture
                      by Mgiffune
I have a 60 inch Samsung UN60EH6000F flatscreen TV. The screen went black a few months ago Sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. I replaced the TCon board with a used board purchased from Ebay. It worked fine for a 3-4 months, then the screen started ‘fading' back. Once again, sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. However, this time the picture looks fine for about 10-15 minutes, then fades back. If I power cycle the TV, the display reappears, for another 10-15 minutes, then fades black again. Repeatable ever time.

I ordered a supposedly ‘new' Tcon board this time, and
