    Nope.
New panel as well. Maximum 2 years old. Must have been used 24/7 as a computer montor or something ... wow...

You could try having it display "with noise" i.e. an untuned channel for a few days.
But I think it's too severely burnt in to be fixable...

You wont be able to remove it but possible lift it off the image slightly, I had an lg that was used in a pub and it has sky sports logo burnt in. I left it running for around a week on a high contrast plasma image burn remover it did lift but still visible.

You could try injecting a pure white signal and leaving it on permanent may take some time to get better

Panasonic LED TV TC-40A420U - Replaced Backlight LEDs but now no image/display or garbled
            by signal.quest
I have a Panasonic LED TV TC-40A420U. The TV was given to me as an attempt to fix or throw out. I replaced the Backlight LEDs and now the screen lights up, but there is no image/display. If I play with the up/down buttons I can get the display to change from black to garbled. I can't get sound from HDMI but not sure of what input is selected. I have no remote control. When I connect a laptop to the HDMI ports it recognizes a Panasonic TV for display and sound output but I can't see or hear anything through the TV. This makes me think the mainboard is OK, but not sure if mainboard can...

            Panasonic OLED TX-65GZ950E no image
            by JSBJSB
            Hello everyone,

so I have this problem with this OLED that had a LED blinking issue at first.
It was blinking twice so it means according to similar service manuals (I cannot find the proper one) EVDD 24V SOS, Panel or TCON Fault.
Also, the connector from PSU to TCON which supplies 24V was burned (changed it) and saw threads about this topic but didn't relate completely to mine.

First thing was to tape the signal ERRORDETECTION so it would try to initialize. And it didn't so I unplugged the panel from TCON.
Then it started up and went to green light...

[REQUEST] Modify BIOS version of dumped image(Panasonic CF-RZ6)
            by thslr2020
            Hello.

I keep tried unlocking FIVR lock(XTU, Throttlestop) to do undervolting, but failed. What I tired is...

            1. Unlocked hidden menu >>> Disabled CFG lock, Overlock lock, SGX
            2. Replaced CPU microcode to 2017, 2018 version (pre Spectre, Plundervolt)
            3. Disabled Intel ME, Hyper-V & Vt-d
            4. Removed microcode update of Windows(mcupdate_GenuineIntel.dll)
            5. Try from fresh Win 8.1(boot with USB)

Even I already did all of above, XTU and Throttlestop is still locked. So I think what I can do is downgrade the BIOS version, but...
