Sony KDL-32L504 T-Con?

Greetings Badcappers:
--I am trying to fix another Sony KDL-32l504, see picture. The picture part of the signal rolls while the notification parts are steady. The red line comes and goes as the picture rolls. The gray horizontal part above which indicates the channel is fine and is not affected. This leads me to believe it might not be the tab bonds or panel. The part at the bottom which says "no signal" is transparent to the rolling picture, but it is otherwise steady. Some of the ghost pictures show a left right mirror reversal, see picture. Any advice would be appreciated.

Please share the service manual........I think it could be a Tab Bond issue as you suspect. However, I will not rule out a bad T-CON board.

i have had like 3 of these 32 inch sonys, with rolling picture it is bad panel not tcon

I believe you. I have two of these in perfect condition except the screen. I checked eBay and none of the 32L504 parts seem to be moving. Oh well! The inverter board is 18" long, so no Priority Mail flat fee boxes. I will put everything that will fit into one box and offer it on eBay. I also will try selling the stand at a cut throat price.
