element project elefs403s won't power up

howdy all,I have a element led that I can't find the problem with it powering up and was wondering if anyone knows of any issues with this model before I really start digging into it.I can only think it's a cap or the chip isn't telling the PSU to turn on.I added a pic of the PSU.Thx for any help or input.

How about good clear pictures of the whole back side of the TV so we can see how all the boards are connected together? and pictures of each boards.

OK, this not going to be easy, this TV uses all in one power supply/LED driver/MAIN board combo, the LVDS from main board is fed to the 120HZ frame converter board, the output of the frame converter is then fed to the T-CON board.
I cannot see any test point on the combo board to see where the PS-ON, BL-ON, etc. are.

yeah,I can't see putting much effort into this,might put it on a shelf for a rainy day.
