classic samsung I think but I can't find a bad cap.red led power light is on.When power button is pushed it blinks twice 5 times then goes back to solid red,then repeats.thx for the time.... -

howdy all,I have a element led that I can't find the problem with it powering up and was wondering if anyone knows of any issues with this model before I really start digging into it.I can only think it's a cap or the chip isn't telling the PSU to turn on.I added a pic of the PSU.Thx for any help or input.... -
