So it is not really putting the output to drive the primary side of the two inverter transformers on the inverter transformer board, it should have jump up real high into hundreds of Volts.

Please look at post 19 to see what we have.

BTW, looking at the diagram (seems to match your board) in post #8, I wonder if the BL-ON gets all the way to pin 16 (EN) of the IC UI801 (SEM2106).
Also see if you do have VCC at pin 14. Use chassis for the GND ref for these two measurements.

at pin 14 i have 5 Volt
and at pin 16 i have 12.8 volt

Are you sure you getting only 5VDC at the VCC pin 14 of the IC, not 12V?
For sure that fuse FM801S is passing that 390VDC boosted Voltage to the inverter drive circuit?

Just make sure we do have that 390OVDC through that fuse to run the inverter circuit.

so we have in pin 14=12.8 volts and pin 16= 5 volts(sorry for my previous mistake)
And the 390VDC pass throw
