I could use some help forcing on a PSU, LT-52148

I found this set in the trash with a busted screen. With the tcon connected, the POWER LED on the front blinks continuously with no response from the power button. With the tcon disconnected from the main, the red STATUS LED is solid But still no response from the power buttons. Both 21V and 12V are present and there is 3.4V at the pin labeled "MAIN-RELAY".

I'd like to salvage what I can to sell on eBay but I don't want to sell anything if I'm not sure it's working.

What brand is this TV?
Main-Relay =PS-ON. You should hear the power relay click on and the DCV on the main filter cap should be >360VDC.

It's a Mitsubishi. So, this set must not have standby voltage then. Other than the voltages I listed in the first post, there is nothing at any of the other pins other than "INV-SHORT" which shows 3.2V. I'm probably going to just scrap it all. Thanks for the help.

I think 21VA is the stby Voltage.

It does not have PFC.
