Lg plasma 42PQ60 Power Problem

when i plug the AC Power i hear a relay click in power supply it's like ON and OFF and the a green led shows in Main board , after 1 sec the green led goes to red in main board


Power supply model : pspu - j808a

Voltages : 5v to 0v after led goes to red

VS : 0v
VA : 0v

and all the voltages around B.Rectifier goes down to 0v
can anyone help me ?!

Try disconnecting Y- and Z-sustain boards, see if Vs/Va return.
Check all fuses, and transistors on power board heatsink for shorts.

i tried to disconnect y-sus , x board , main board .. still no VS, Va ,5V voltages , i think there's is a short in power board , cuz when i plug the AC power i hear click relay ON then OFF and all voltages goes down from 300v to 0v .. and i checked all transistors no short found .. also i tried to test the 5v when i plug the AC power i can see the 5v on DMM and it's goes to 0v immediately ..

TV model : LG 42pq60r -- can't find any schematic !!

I am following this post , Can u post some picture of your TV , starting with clear picture of the power board back and front , full pic of the whole set so we can see the lay out of each board and a picture of each board close up shot that is visible to read .

No PSU schematic of course.


P800 of the mainboard probably goes to the PSU.

What's the PSU board number?

I am following this post , Can u post some picture of your TV , starting with clear picture of the power board back and front , full pic of the whole set so we can see the lay out of each board and a picture of each board close up shot that is visible to read .
