This tv has blown leds . I am rebuilding the strips with 1-w leds I got from e-bay. One strip done .Will post back with results of all this work.

I thought is is Edge lit LED (really skinny strip) not backlit panel, I never open up my panel yet.Never stop learning

That's because you put them in parallel not in series lol the boosted voltage would have burnt them out :LPlease Do Not PM My Page Asking For Help Badcaps Is The Place For Advise, Page Linked For Business Reasons Only. Anyone Doing So Will Be Banned Instantly !
