They're just mechanical mount pins. You can see the lack of a solder pad means they never intended for them to be soldered. The buzzing can be a normal effect, it does not mean there is a fault, as long as it's not audible from normal viewing distances.

Buzzing may be vibration, I just use silicon sealant to silence such things
