Yea, I searched too. I can find OWNER'S MANUALS up the ying yang.. Service Manuals, not so much..
Don't get me wrong. $5 is a small price to pay to get the manual for this puppy. I just can't do it til the morrow...Leave a comment:

'ollox I was looking at this
https://www.shopjimmy.com/lg-ebt60947202-main-board.htm
Think its the same board main number it is for a 50PK540 but for the AUSLLHR
and yours is an AUSALHR so maybe different. Its a minefield but what is odd in my earlier post I noticed the AL/ LL has a different parts list but both have IC701Leave a comment:

Re: LG Plasma 50PK540 Lightning Victim LED Light Relay Clicks On Plug In Nothing Else
As retiredcaps schematic link is for a slightly diffrent model number to yours maybe the ic is a diffrent number is this link for your set?

Looks like it.. But it's behind a paywall.. I can get it tomorrow..Leave a comment:

This site https://www.buyphilipsparts.com/mode...40?language=FR
lists all the parts ic701 page6
from that lg part no is EAN60223701
This site
https://www.buyphilipsparts.com/item...,analog_Switch suggests it is not in the 750
This site
http://www.electronicmarket.com.au/i...0-p-81393.html
suggests EAN60223701 is one of these
IC,Analog Switch (IC900)
[EAN60223701]
MIC2019YM6 2.5 to 5.5V 1MSEC 700USEC 0W SOT23-6 R/TP 6P 1 MICREL SEMICONDUCTOR INC.
which is one of these

Of course it may be all a trick.Last edited by selldoor; 01-22-2015, 08:07 AM.Leave a comment:

Re: LG Plasma 50PK540 Lightning Victim LED Light Relay Clicks On Plug In Nothing Else
I have been looking at pictures of the board but cant see it -At first I thought it was the main processor but that is IC1 Maybe it is on the back If its the one I think it may be a small 6 leg job smd so may be not to bad to replace and not too expensive (if its the one I think) I will go and see if I can fix anything simple round the house till you get to have look.
Which MIGHT be the culprit, as the Part # designations are from the afore mentioned manual which is for the 50PK750... So, the designations might be different.
I'll know more once I get to the shop and get my hands on the board..Leave a comment:

The boards pictured are just the SMPS boards and buffer boards. I have even more Main/Video boards to the left of that picture..Leave a comment:

Don't sweat it.. While the direct route makes for a quick and easy fix, the long way around makes for PLENTY more learning..
And, as is obvious, I have a lot to learn..
Thanx.Leave a comment:

Re: LG Plasma 50PK540 Lightning Victim LED Light Relay Clicks On Plug In Nothing Else
Normally I transport things back and forth so I can work on stuff at home as well as the shop..
But a 50" Plasma is sort of a pain to lug around.Leave a comment:

I'll have to wait to get to the shop... But it's an IC so it's likely I will be unable to replace it.. So it looks like it's going to be a board replacement..
But at least I'll be replacing the correct board!!Leave a comment:

by RensieeHello,
I have been reading a few threads on here regarding Panasonic plasma tv's. I've found one thread which explains the same problem as mine, unfortunately the thread has not been completed.
I got a free tv (TH-50PX8EA) from a friend which shows no screen. When plugged in only one red light shows up and when pushing the ON button, the red LED turns of and will only turn on again when pressing the ON button again.
When plugging in the TV i hear two relays click fast and after a few seconds the third relay clicks.
I have measured the voltage in the VSUS line, which...06-18-2024, 12:58 PM -
by momakaI got this TV a little over a year ago from a coworker from my previous job. It’s a Samsung 46” TV, model number LN46b530p7f.
Problem:
Backlight cycles On and Off.
Basically, when the TV is turned On, there is a relay click heard from the TV PS board. The relay cycles On and Off 4 times in about 2-3 second intervals. Each of those 4 times, the backlights also cycle On and Off with the relay. The screen TFT isn’t cracked/damaged and appears to work - I can see a “no signal” image when the backlights turn On briefly – though the image is a bit dull/dark.... -
by samtron786Hello
The red and green LEDs both light up and you can hear the relay click. (no picture, no backlight, no sound)
2-3 seconds later the relay will click again and only the red LED will stay on.
I would be very grateful for any advice or a little help.
circuit diagram?
Thanks very much -
by jm1234Hi, I'm seeing one 9V relay having temperature 40C on its 9V (primary) side. Does that seem right? I switched 2 relays on that board and the temperature was the same (on the same position), so I'm sure it's not a faulty relay. I measured voltage on that relay and it was 9.5V DC, so that looks good. I don't see any other relay on that board having that kind of temperature and they have 9V on them too.
I thought maybe the transistor that is switching this relay keeps switching on/off, so I also checked for AC and there was almost none: 0.3V using mV range. No steady frequency was shown, but... -
by edugimenoHi everyone!
I have this board that suddenly stopped supplying power to an output that drives an interchanger cleaner motor.
I checked while the board was in place with all wires attached and there's no AC voltage on the corresponding plug X5
This X5 is driven by fuse F8 (tested OK) which comes from the second orange relay
To make sure there are no charcoaled contacts inside the relay, I got a 24VDC power supply and got it ready to manually power up the coil side of these relays.
I respected the polarity, positive to cathode of protecting diode
So provided all... - Loading...
