toshiba 46xv555d relay clicks

Hello
The red and green LEDs both light up and you can hear the relay click. (no picture, no backlight, no sound)
2-3 seconds later the relay will click again and only the red LED will stay on.

I would be very grateful for any advice or a little help.

how bout a good focused straight on picture of each board and one of the whole back, as to see how everything is connected.

from power supply to motherboard
I measured the voltages
5.17V
12.0v
20V

I think the motherboard has the problem

When I remove the power supply cable from the mainboard, the relay no longer clicks
